What’s the difference between SuperBox S6 Max and S6 Ultra
The latest SuperBox S6 Max and S6 Ultra are both equipped with revolutionary time-shift and parental control features. They are both metal-cased.
The SuperBox S6 Ultra has a newly designed gray metal casing and doubles the storage space to 128GB. The SuperBox S6 Max is 64GB.
What’s the difference between SuperBox S6 Max and S6 Pro?
The SuperBox S6 Max comes in a metallic blue casing, while the S6 Pro comes in the original black plastic casing. The S6 Max has a larger storage capacity of 64 GB, while the S6 Pro has 32 GB. Everything else is the same. The S6 pro retails for $329 online, and the S6 Max retails for $359 online.
Do your products support voice commands?
Yes, all SuperBox models support voice control. First, put two AAA batteries in the remote control and turn on the SuperBox Android TV box. Hold the remote control and TV box within 10 inches (about 25 cm) and press the voice button on the remote control. Then, press the [OK] and [Return] buttons at the same time until the indicator light flashes to indicate a successful pairing. Press and hold the [OK] button until the red light stops flashing. Finally, go to [Settings]-[Remote Controls and Accessories] to check if the device is connected. Look for the “RC-200” device to confirm pairing. If there is a problem with the Bluetooth function or voice control function, you can reconnect and pair again to try.
Is a VPN required to use SuperBox?
VPN services or IP unblocking services are not required to operate SuperBox. And don’t use VPNs from certain prohibited areas. Otherwise your box will be automatically deactivated and cannot be used.
Does SuperBox have closed captioning?
Yes. Just click the Right button on your remote, then select “Subtitle Tracks”, then chose to turn on or off the subtitles.
Do you need a Smart TV?
You do not need a Smart TV. All you need is an internet connection and a TV with AV or HDMI input.
What is the range distance from the box for optimum viewing on a TV?
The box requires HDMI ( include in the package) to connect with the TV. The closer, the better
How to connect WiFi on SuperBox TV Box?
On the home screen, click the Settings button, then Network &Internet. Turn on your WiFi, then select your network and enter your password.

How long it will take to receive my orders?
After the order has been confirmed, our team will ship the package within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped from California and New Jersey to you, and it normally takes 2-5 business days for them to arrive.
Our store offers free shipping, and our warehouse is located in the United States. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply to international orders. These additional charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
How to track my order?

Is There a Warranty?
The SuperBox Android TV Box warranty lasts one year. If you have any issues with your SuperBox Android TV Box, please contact our customer support. Initially, our technical support will try its best to assist you in resolving the issue in order to save you time. In the worst-case scenario, if your hardware fails and you are unable to repair it, you may submit the product to us and we will repair it for free within one year. You can still send the item to us for repair at an additional cost if your warranty expires. After the device is restored, you can continue to use the service. During the repair, we will provide you with an account to continue receiving service.
Can I change or cancel my order?
